Haikuesday is neat

I shall spread the joy and news!

Will I get to eat?

Books are open now

Pens, paper and erasers

Summer is over

Red bean, lotus seed,

Jujube paste, salted duck egg.

Love me some mooncakes!

El Toro taco

She plants for all the raccoons

Because she loves them

Birds chirping you hear

Flowers blooming all around

What God given grace!

Cassatt’s paintings teach

The triumph of motherhood

Exists in mundane

Stacked pages, black ink

In the middle a story

Words bound together

What if you could just

Up Down Left Right B A Start

Reset part of life?

Confusion amuck

Trapped in my spiraling thoughts

Don’t know, what to do…

Shovel food in mouth

Eating — Don’t care how it tastes

I AM A CAVEMAN

Boat’s forty dollars

To go to Molokini

Snorkeling is fun

Mom and Dad didn’t go

Gazed at each other instead

Perhaps lovingly?

Young flowering buds

Delicately unfolding

Pining to blossom

Loss in youth to death

Shakes our daily assumptions

That life is infinite

Four day weekend here

Brings me much needed good cheer

Toast with wine not beer

School starting again

I have class at 6pm

What am I in for?

Won’t stop. Knock me down.

Going to make it to the top

Nothing can break me

Three day weekend, yay!

Why aren’t 4 day work weeks

A permanent affair?

Carousel goes round

Round and round and round it goes

Hope my luggage comes!

Bob’s song told me to

‘Don’t worry about a thing’

‘Cause stress makes you sick

“You see that lobster?”

A scorpion looked at it

and said, “Whoa - mermaid.”

Cotton candy grapes

What the heck did I just eat?

Oh, crossbred hybrid

A day of labor

Vacuum, swiffer, laundry, more

For a clean new start!

Summertime sadness

A/C equals my sore throat

I  want some ice cream :-(

Flirt with hot doctor

Notice own barium 'stache

How unfortunate

Haven't hit the beach

Haven't suntanned on my deck

Need MOAR summer fun

Not loving to spend

Sunlit mornings overwhelmed

With insurance claims

Statistics training

If p is low, Ho must go!

Now I am confused

Fizzy vita drink

Hurry! Work Emergen-C!

Can’t get sick today

City of Angels

Basking in the fragrant sun

Don’t know why I moved

O New Amsterdam

I love your people and food

How I heart New York

Those bilious plumes;

before them scatter grey flocks -

Crossing the river

Kickoff this weekend!

The season of handegg starts;

Tears of joy or pain?

Three dogs on the way

Plato, Oliver, Murphy

Teddy loves to play!

Eat lots of shaved ice

Flavored at Ululani’s

Made from sugar cane
